Spearheaded by our COO, Rhino Africa’s Sales Department is a close-knit, multi-national team of intrepid Travel Consultants and shrewd Sales Administrators. To continue to inspire through innovation and achieve our vision: to be the undisputed authority on African travel, we require the expertise of a savvy Sales Enquiry Administrator to join our new Sales Lead Team.

The Sales Lead Team plays a critical function within Rhino Africa, connecting client leads efficiently and effectively to our consultants. We’re seeking a customer-centric, goal-driven administrator with impeccable attention to detail and unimpeachable judgement to ensure quality checks are developed and consistently executed to enhance conversion rates and exceed targets. With 1 - 3 years of experience within a tour operating or travel sales background, our ideal Sales Enquiry Administrator will share our passion for travel and all things African and strive for service excellence.

As Rhino Africa’s Sales Enquiry Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to three primary functions:

1. Administrative and Data Capturing

2. Review and Complaints Management

3. Lead management - Distribution

Administrative and Data Capturing

● Screening all phone calls and emails and processing them accordingly

● Providing administrative support for the Lead Team

● Completing travel documentation

● Capturing data and analysing it prior to distribution

Review and Complaints Management

● Assisting in fielding and resolving client and supplier service issues in the escalation process with management or senior Lead Team members

● Monitoring and responding to client reviews on all review platforms

Lead Vetting and Distribution

● Flagging & pre-qualifying enquiries based on a predefined criteria from a variety of sources with minimum turnaround time

● Flagging & pre-qualifying enquiries based on a predefined set of criteria

● Allocating leads to consultants according to an agreed matrix including capacity and destination knowledge

● Monitoring and following up on enquiries within the sales team
